Is it possible to provide a normal URL instead of:

	http://labix.org/smart?action=AttachFile&do=get&target=smart-0.40.tar.bz2

If you provide this to wget (or another download tool) you get something 
like:

	22:06:24 (217.91 KB/s) - `smart?action=AttachFile&do=get&target=smart-0.40.tar.bz2' saved [508,915/508,915]

This makes it impossible to provide an auto download facility for people 
building the package themselves. And that's very inconvenient.
