[issue20] Enable CTRL+C

Running version 0.39 using "smart -o psyco=no update", "smart -o psycho=no
update" and "smart update -o psyco=no" does not seem to have any effect.

NB: CTRL+C does work when updating the cache, but that's about the only place it
works (even without the psyco-option).
