[issue3] Add "remove all" option to channel management

There is a generic guidance between experienced Mandriva's users that say when
someone is adding their online media sources for the first time, the user should
remove all previous existent, to make sure they don't conflict. There is a
generic recommendation at the end of easyurpmi.zarb.org about this.

This also could be the case when one wants to delete the defaul channels that
come configured by the distro and set to their preferred mirrors. For example,
Mandriva's smart package comes with free.fr for all media sources, but many
people remove them to add the local mirrors (since they exist on many countries).
