[issue142] Remote Folder as Repository

It should be possible to set a URL as a valid Repository.
e.g. ftp://ftp.zedonet.com/ contains the packages for turboprint.
If you want to install this package you currently have to copy the desired rpm
to your local repository db and then you can upgrade / install the package using
smart. It would be much more comfortable if you could provide the URL as
Channel-Information and SMART would check for updates.
