Question about locking packages

Oh, ouch! I'm sorry. I was talking about an hypotethical option,
and forgot that there's already a global option with this name.
The current --ignore-locks option is something else. It makes
smart ignore the filesystem locks it uses to prevent different
running instances from stepping on each other.
