[issue197] Smart Fails on Segmentation Faults

Pascal, tried "smart install smart" and got some error messages as you can see
in the attached test-trace.  So downloaded problem rpms and installed all
manually with rpm -Uvh /var/lib/smart/packages/*.rpm Now have many "segmentation
errors" running smart. Hope the attached test-trace is helpful.
