I found some free time and fixed both problems right away. :)

The patch is applied on svn revision 739, I hope Pascal or Christoph
apply it on their packages.

* smart/backends/rpm/yast2.py
- handle "+Ins" tag (skip it for now)
- simple interpretation of rich text format (<p>/<li>)
- wrap lines on column 76
