[issue115] upgrade stops if one package cannot be downloaded

if you do a system upgrade, an one package on the mirror has a different 
version number than in the package list, smart will show an error that it 
cannot download this file, and simply quit. but it should tolerate this error, 
and just don't install all depending packages, as e.g. urpmi does.this sort of 
thing happens quite often on cooker or suse-factory, and is a blocker for me.
