[issue116] show total percentage of upgrade status in shell mode

when doing smart --upgrade --stepped --yes i'd like to see the total amount of 
packages that are to be installed, and how many are already done. again, 
something like urpmi does: eg 
"installing 3/502 kdebase: [####################                     ]"
