Two questions:

a) Are you sure it's rpm-db AND rpm-sys? Isn't that one or other? You can't have
two channels pointing to local rpm db (or it would cause problems, I guess). So,
if you have both, try removing one (rpm-bd, for instance, leaving rpm-sys alone).

b) Do you think your problem is somewhat related to any of issue12, issue34 or
issue82?
