Hello,
I see that smart supports up2date repositories. Does smart also support
RedHat's central repository for RHEL subscribers? I've tried adding
https://xmlrpc.rhn.redhat.com/XMLRPC (what up2date connects to on RHEL
machines) as a channel, however when I try to update the channel I get
this "Method Not Allowed" error message:
[root at gari ~]# smart update

Fetching information for 'rhel-x86_64-as-4'...
-> https://xmlrpc.rhn.redhat.com/XMLRPC

I poked around google and searched the mailing list but I couldn't find
anyone who had tried this with smart before. Am I doing something wrong,
or are subscription-based up2date repositories not supported?
thanks for any help,
Jim Faulkner
