I think it would quite a problem to have this without the changes suggested in
issue60. This issue should be deffered until then.

For a temporary workaround, "smart upgrade --update -y 1>/dev/null 2>&1" should
be enough, although I wouldn't recommend that. Don't forget that it would
upgrade your system without your knowledge, so if you bump into a packaging
error, it may be a little late when you find out.
