Looks like an error on the repository. The expected value come from the package
information on the repository database, and the gathered value comes from a
calculation done after downloading. Since the calculated value matches the one
you got by hand (sha1sum), I suppose the erroneous value is the one informed by
the repository info file (unless there is an error on the transfer, which could
be checked by downloading with wget and checking the file again). Can you
reproduce the problem, and work some other tests (like wget)?
