Hum... Tricky... There is also the legal term 'penality' (The quality or
state of being penal; lability to punishment). In fact, in pt_BR (the
coder's mother language) both words (penalty/penality) translate into
the same (penalidade), so I think it's up to him (Gustavo) to decide
which one to use, since I think both apply here. :)
