[issue103] SMART does not run at all

Thanks a lot for the information provided, and for tracking down
the issue Mauricio.

We should not mark this issue as resolved, though.  If the system
has a fstab that is working and Smart is unable to parse it, the
failure is in Smart, not in the system.

I'm reopening the issue to remind us to fix the parser.
