SVN repository relocated

Hello folks,

The subversion repository has been moved from

    https://svn.smartpm.python-hosting.com/

to

    http://svn.labix.org/smart/

Please update your repositories to point to the new location.

Notice that it's possible to update an existing working copy
without refetching the whole codebase again using:

    svn switch --relocate \
        https://svn.smartpm.python-hosting.com/trunk/ \
        http://svn.labix.org/smart/trunk/
