[issue184] smart does not recognize a conflict when it should

env: Mandriva Cooker 2007.0
smart(-gui) v. 0.42-1mdb2007.0.i586.rpm

Case: Given the fact that a file should not be owned by 2 packages, rpm / urpmi
refused to install a couple of days ago gimp-2.3.10-1mdv2007.0 because the file:
/usr/lib/gimp/2.0/plug-ins/print conflicted with the same file from the package
gutenprint-gimp2-5.0.0-0.20mdv2007.0 (compare: 
http://qa.mandriva.com/show_bug.cgi?id=#23566).

However, I managed to complete this transaction with smart --gui without any
error, warning or similar.

A more or less identical sort of conflict occurred recently between kmplayer and
kdelibs-common (see http://qa.mandriva.com/show_bug.cgi?id=#23585). In this case
also, smart --gui installed the new package without showing any problem.

In order that the above may be judged as a reproducible bug, I will attach the
packages with the smallest combined size described in above cases. I hope that
is not a problem for you, but I guess that is the only way it can be reproduced.
