[issue141] GUI can't find files

Still the same problem... Seems somehow to be related to the refresh of the
package lists or cache rebuilt. After a clean start it works fine, but when
refreshing the list ( even if there is no updated metadata for that repo ), it
fails and tells every user that the file isn't.

Many users are already wishing a alternative like yum or apt-rpm once again...
Really no ideas from here?
