[issue158] Fix for crash with search when packages have an empty description or summary

Attached two other patches, fix similar crashing issues in other parts of smart
when RPM packages have empty summaries (or when the channel data is corrupt and
provides empty summaries) as well as crashes with empty descriptions at another
place in smart.
