[issue159] Crash bug fix with RPM metadata unexpectedly (?) providing None or a single object instead of a list

The following patches fix two places in smart/backends/rpm/header.py where RPM
metadata comprises either None or a single object instead of a list of objects,
which smart expects (in a hard-coded manner).
