I think smart is fairly modular now it's just that the modules all come from
the same place. I was getting a little envious of all the yum addons and
started thinking to myself that it would be nice if smart was so modular but
after browsing the code I realized it is, there just aren't any third party
modules that I'm aware of. That and most of the stuff people have added to
yum is already in smart (outside of groupinstall).
