No, it isn't.
smart should not be considering kernel-source for upgrade, as it is already
pending removal!
if I were to go ahead, it would download kernel-source and kernel-default,
upgrade them both, and then proceed to remove kernel-source, right after
downloading some 45MB of stuff. What a waste!
