smart upgrade problem with obsolete package

You are missing the problem Gaim was renamed to Pidgin a while back so
even if you are talking about the exact same repo you will run into this
problem SMART IS NOT READING THE OBSOLETES TAG CORRECTLY (installing
pidgin should uninstall gaim)
