[issue353] channels should not be editable if smart is in readonly mode

Though this is no critical bug at all, it would greatly increase the usability. 
I can't imagine how often it happened that I had the smart gui opened for quite 
some time and simply forgot that is in readonly mode, edited the channels and 
wondered why those modifications have not been saved.
