[issue353] channels should not be editable if smart is in readonly mode

Could you please show how to replicate the issue? I don't see it happening here.
At least you always get a message that the config is not editable.

# smart channel --edit
error: Configuration is in readonly mode.                                      

# smart channel --add test type=rpm-md baseurl=file:///
