Smart needs some testing

I've merged many of the planned features into "trunk"
now, from https://launchpad.net/smart/+milestone/1.4

There's some issues with the new Qt4 interface still,
but at least it should be launching now (typo fixed).


Some of the new other new features are:
- new search bar (package and contents)
- new groups pane (separate groups tree)
- reference url link
- show/hide subprogress
- auto clean flag (#245606)
- errata severity flag (#244501)
- icon legend
- docbook manual

Feedback on the revised interface much appreciated.
I attached a screenshot running on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS.

Left to merge are: the Mandriva updates (for urpmi),
and the GNOME applet and KDE4 tray and more columns.
