There is a partial implementation with flags in:

But I don't think it's optimal, better handled with
adding some more data to a package so that you can
get a full "update report" with errata and infos.

There's links to patches / branches of code from
the bugs mentioned above. But nothing is released.

And it's currently missing implementations / data
for the deb/slack/arch backends, so only for rpm...
