Smart Translations

I've updated the template (smart.pot) and translations (.po)
for trunk, which makes for quite an enormous diff - as always.

Next I will try to merge all the updated LaunchPad translations,
which seems to be rather manual due to the mismatched configs.

Not sure why we are using "fuzzy", since it makes for some
arbitrary guesses like SHA==SHA256 and Done==None, etc.

I'll try to clean up some of the easier ones, but it will
need review. Perhaps even going from tuples to mapping ?
