Qt interface in trunk

I added the Qt interface to trunk, after "beta" testing it as an add-on.

It is intended to look and feel similar to the original GTK+ interface:

If you are packaging Smart, you want to rename your "smart-gui" package
to "smart-gtk" and have both "smart-qt" and "smart-gtk" provide  
that... ?
