[issue197] Smart Fails on Segmentation Faults

n3npq and I have investigated a little further. The status at present is
that the "segmentation fault" seems to have been a database problem
resolved by n3npq's suggestion:

>Perhaps cache inconsistency though, try
>  rm -v /var/lib/rpm/__db*
>and see whether that cures.

It seems I do not need the packages that caused the "segmentation
faults" and "smart fix" finds no problems without them:

Mesa-6.5-38.1 at i586        Mesa-devel-6.5-38.1 at i586
tv-common-3.95-2 at i586     v4l-conf-3.95-2 at i586
v4l-tools-3.95-2 at i586     yast2-2.13.75-2 at i586
